Acceptable Use

What you may and may not do with our hosting and domains. Breaches can mean suspension without refund.

Plain-language summary — the full terms below prevail. Questions? [email protected]

1. Prohibited content

No content that is illegal under Sri Lankan law (Computer Crimes Act No. 24 of 2007, ICCPR Act, IP Act No. 36 of 2003): phishing pages, malware, CSAM, hate speech, incitement, pirated material, or counterfeit goods. Adult content is allowed only where lawful and must not be hosted on IPs/domains that harm shared reputation.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited mail, SMS pumping; compromised scripts must be cleaned within 24 hours of notice.
  • Attacks of any kind: DDoS, scanning, brute-forcing, open relays/proxies, crypto-mining on shared plans.
  • Fraud, credential harvesting, impersonation of KDJHosting, banks or government.
  • Circumventing suspensions, reselling in breach of plan limits, or using shared hosting as backup/file archive.

3. Shared-resource fairness

"Unlimited" features mean unmetered within normal use. Accounts persistently degrading shared servers (CPU, I/O, inodes, outbound mail) will be throttled then asked to upgrade; we give 72 hours notice except for active attacks.

4. Enforcement

Illegal or dangerous content: immediate suspension + report to authorities. Other breaches: notice with a fix deadline, then suspension, then termination per the Terms. No refunds for AUP suspensions. Repeat offenders lose the right to new services.

5. Reporting abuse

See Report Abuse — include URLs, headers and timestamps. We acknowledge within 1 business day.
