How to report phishing, malware, spam, or copyright infringement on our network — and what happens next.
Plain-language summary — the full terms below prevail. Questions? [email protected]
1. What to include
URLs, IP addresses, full email headers (for spam/phishing), timestamps with timezone, and a description of the harm. Copyright notices: identify the work, the infringing URL, your authority, and good-faith statement with contact details (IP Act No. 36 of 2003).
2. Where to send it
Email [email protected]. For urgent live phishing/malware, also open a ticket marked URGENT.
3. Our process
Acknowledge within 1 business day; investigate; notify the customer with a fix deadline except for illegal content (immediate suspension + report to authorities). False or bad-faith reporters are ignored after warning.
4. Copyright counter-notices
Customers may counter-notify with authority and consent to jurisdiction; we restore content 10 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant shows court action.
